00 Hey guys, Nicholas has returned. >> Guys, there's not >> good to be back. >> Maybe the most hyped moment of the year. >> Honestly, I really did miss you guys. I didn't think I was going to. That's why I'm so surprised. I really ████ miss. >> Why would you miss us? >> No, of course I would. >> No, but uh I I feel like I've been gone for like a couple months. Well, it's been months. >> So long. [laughter] >> Here in forever. >> No, it feels like it. It feels like it. Literally, I think we shot like a hundred videos >> and the videos have been honestly way better. [laughter] >> It has been pretty >> I like I like them when I'm not in it. >> We have to try harder with you gone. >> I know. The funniest guy's not here anymore. >> We have no punch line for any setup. >> You're just so natural. What's up, too, dude? >> Well, we just been traveling. That's the reason why I wasn't here for the past couple uh shoots and I had to bail on Bart last minute. Sorry, Bart. >> It's okay. >> Cuz he takes a hard he takes a long time scheduling everything and I bailed. But

52 we >> text the whole group about it with passive aggression. >> Yeah. And I was like I was like that text for me. My bad. Sorry boys. That text for me. Um >> takes it out on us when you miss uh shoots. >> Beat the ████ out of you guys. [laughter] >> It's also not I'm pretty straight up. I don't I'm not passive aggressive. >> No, he's not passive aggressive at all. Dude, that was a very clear, concise message. >> It was passive aggressive. >> Was it I'mma change my ways? >> No, we we had to do some stuff for the PFL. So they had us traveling to the East Coast a bunch and like that was cool. But then uh and then right after that we went to Hawaii. >> Wow. >> Little Tiff's birthday celebration thing. >> Oh, dude. >> Yeah, we went to Hawaii. We got stuck in hurricane. >> That's not nice. >> That's right. Your timing. Yeah. >> Stuck in hurricane for like two days. >> Holy ████ >> And we were kind of like in the We were >> on Big Island or >> We were on the Big Island and we were scared, dude, cuz we lost power and then

42 like we're just in the middle like it was the it was really dark. We're just in the middle of nowhere kind of >> from on on this side. It felt crazy cuz I would see I don't know if you guys saw but there'll be like a video of like someone recording their house and the roof just gets blown off. >> The damage is insane >> and they can just see the sky from the hurricane like the roof straight ripped off like ████ transformers or something. >> Yeah, the the hurricane was pretty nuts. And then we had to drive through the hurricane to get to the our airport so we could fly to God, >> bro. It was crazy. >> We're just like you were like, "Yeah, I'm down to fly. I'm down to fly in this." >> We we kind of booked it during hurricane season. Who would have thought? Uh, >> oh, so you booked it and then the hurricane happened and you're like, what are we going to do? >> Super El Nino hurricanes apparently. >> You weren't even like maybe we don't fly this one. >> I was thinking about it, but I was like, "Okay, if we stay here, we're going to be stuck on a big island." The infrastructure, like the big island took a big hit, man. Like they got

33 >> Wait, did you guys have power outages? >> We Yeah, we were out for power for like a day and a half. Like we were stuck. >> Holy crap. >> And we we got the tail end of it. Like we didn't have to stay. If we had to stay, it would have been much worse for like the area we were at because we were kind of by the black sand beach on like the we were by the volcan volcano national park. >> What do you What do you do on >> with no power? >> That's how the locals say it, bro. [laughter] >> It sounded like it sound like you were doing that thing where because you went to Hawaii, you say it differently. >> No, honestly, I snorted a little bit. That's what it really was. >> The e [laughter] What do you guys do when there's no power? We just literally sat and we just sat in the dark, bro. We were just like this. >> Did you guys hold hands and connect like that kind of stuff? >> No, we were just hot cuz it's so humid and it's like rainy. We're like soaked. We're like and we kind of we got I got a really cool idea to get this this

24 romantic like >> out in the rural area. So, it was like a hut. >> Oh, so it already didn't have power. [laughter] We were we were playing with fire a little bit. You know what I mean? >> Power was the last straw. Like, dude, if we have electricity, it's an Airbnb. Otherwise, it's an outhouse. >> I was like, and we had out house, so that was part of it. No, we didn't have out house. We had a bathroom inside. It It was a really cool like eco hut shack thing that >> Oh, yeah. >> Pay people pay extra for >> camping almost, huh? >> Yeah. Yeah. >> A straw house. >> A straw house. And then you hear all the animals, you hear all the critters, and you're in, bro, you're in the woods essentially. I feel like I was in Outdoor Boys and ████ >> and >> Oh, cool. >> So, the power went out. We're just sitting in the dark for an hour like for a whole day and then we go, we're trying to figure out if we're going to drive

14 and make our flight cuz we're like we have to drive through a hurricane essentially and we have a 2 and 1 half hour drive. I was freaking out. >> Jeez, man. >> Made it. Thank god. It's everything kind of lined up for us. >> Wow. >> But then you watch the news and poor Big Island is just getting destroyed. Was the plane like >> a little bit? But then sure enough, it became a little it was like sunny for us cuz we're on the Kona side and then it was like that like >> like one of those things where you in the movies you like fly right out of the hurricane. Everything's peaceful. >> That's what it kind of felt like. >> But then the next the next weekend another hurricane was going to hit Big Island. So it was just like >> nonstop insane. >> Yeah. And then so but then I got to see Joe in Aahu for a little bit >> and that was pretty much uh >> cool. You went to June? >> I saw him. You know what's ████ up? I saw him right before we went to the airport. So, I felt like I bailed on him like right in the middle of it. So, the the the the joke about me always leaving

04 was kind of true. I was like, we're having breakfast with Joe and Hannah and we're having a great time. We're chatting it up [laughter] for like 2 hours and we're like, "F███, we got to make our flight. We got to go." And we just ████ leave, bro. how David so says that when you leave you get in your car and start it and drive off without even like >> you just like go right away. >> That is very true about me. I as soon as the car starts I'm already in drive, dude. [laughter] >> Yeah. So we bailed on Joe. I feel really bad about Sorry, Joe. >> Did you make him pay? >> Yeah, I made him pay. I sent him some money though, but I I made him pay cuz you know it's Hawaii, dude. He's This is his town. >> He's the mayor of Hawaii. >> Kamehameha. [laughter] They're going to name highways after him, >> right? >> Yeah. So, that was pretty much where I was. I wasn't really doing anything very cool, unlike Anthony. [laughter] >> Anthony was in one of your world tour.

56 >> That's the turnaround right there. [laughter] That's how that's the baton pass. We don't even get to be like, "What else were you doing in your life? How have you been? How have you been feeling?" >> Bro, I tell you all the time, I'm the most boring guy. It's like when I'm not This is like the first vacation we took in like like 3 4 years maybe. How's Tiff doing with the all the >> Good, bro. She's good. >> Wow. No way. >> Are you guys over the hump now or is it like >> she's still managing everything like always? Cuz that's going to be what it is. But she's definitely >> It's one of those lifetime. >> It's lifetime. But but she she's feeling a lot of relief. A lot of relief. So, it's good. >> You uh you watch JK videos when you're gone. >> Do you ever see one of us tell a joke and you go I would have said something way funnier. >> No, [laughter] >> it's usually me, huh? >> No, no, no. I go, "Anthony, what the ████ was that about, dude? What kind of joke was that?" You could have called

47 Steve the f- word right there and you didn't. I was like, "Don't let him walk all over you, Anthony Lee." >> What does Tiff say when you're Are you watching JK videos in front of Tiff? >> No. ████ no, dude. >> No, but we do we do watch We watch the Lindsy Clancy case one together. We were talking about it. So, we're like, "Let's see what the boys have to say." That was fun. >> Oh, yeah, dude. >> Do that on the television. Disagreed with everything >> on the television. Oh, big >> Yeah, bro. Do you guys we Hey, we watch and then we debate. That's what me and Tiff like to do. We like to debate about the topics sometimes. >> Oh, really? >> You guys do you guys actually have debates about stuff like that? >> No, we usually kind of fall we kind of Thankfully thankfully we come to we line up a lot. Thank God. >> Or she'll put me on game about something I didn't know and I'll be like, "Oh, interesting." So the weekend that we shot that video was also the weekend I was like in u in LA afterwards for with

39 Nah's family and so everyone was just talking about it. But I'll tell you what, it's really funny for me to just sit in the middle of like cuz even when I'm here it's not like I'm like this happened, she did. I'm just like oh what happened and then I go there all these girls are like he did it but all this and I'm like it's the best dude. >> Oh to kind of hear like the public sentiment about things like vocally, right? >> Yeah. just genuinely being like uh this like people believe stuff, >> bro. >> You would you and what you realize? >> Either way, like and I I don't give a ████ who who's it is. It's just so interesting that something um I guess maybe seemingly kind of objective has such a like a kind of not so objective outside >> really polarizing kind of thing to it, right? >> Yeah. When I talk to all my I always ask my clients about this because they

30 always come to me talking about this case like everybody was talking about. So I I started asking like a lot of couples getting fights about it off the jump. >> Yeah. >> The other thing I told was the other thing I found out was half these people are getting their their um like sources from all over the map. >> Oh yeah. >> So everyone's getting complete different information. No one's on the same page. >> Yeah. >> And I'm getting all the the stuff for N. I would keep calling her Nancy. Lindsay Clancy. >> Nancy Pelosi. >> Nancy Clancy. That's why I keep calling her. All this stuff for her just seems like flat earth theories. You know, what's the biggest dividing line? Is it just like what you should be able to get away with if you have postpartum and what you shouldn't or like are you acting upon yourself? Like is that like the biggest thing? >> I think it's like some some women are seeing it as like a a victory for them

21 if she gets off on insanity. Like it's like a personal >> I see. It's not really logical really, but >> read something about how it's like like one of the jurors are talking about like it's not about this. It's actually >> Yeah. They're so biased. Yeah. >> Actually zooming out and like this is like a win for womenhood or whatever. I'm like what the ████ What about justice? >> I heard a really cool opinion on it that changed kind of how I saw it. But uh cuz my neighbor is actually a prosecuting lawyer and now she's a defense lawyer for the FBI. Like she's like a fed lawyer and she I was like, "What do you think about this?" Yeah. Like >> Yeah. And she's like, she said, so what the way she sees it is that these lawyers and the way that the process went for this case is so bad that it can affect how the masses uh see it. So that opinion that where it's so irrational is a product of how badly the system

11 handled the case because she thinks that the lawyers dropped the ball on um on how they presented it and also they were supposed to have uh recused that one juror, the the holdout juror. He wasn't even supposed to be there because of all his uh he had like prior and stuff or ongoing >> situations. >> So, it's just like a ████ story. >> So, she's seeing it from like a total like almost like a mechanical point of view where she's like, "Yeah, of course people are going to have radical opinions. The case is handled like badly on both sides." >> It's like when the surgeon leaves the instrument inside. >> This is what happens. It's not supposed to be >> inside. [laughter] Yeah. It's not supposed to be like that. >> When I see the jurors getting interviewed doing press tours, I'm like, "I thought this was illegal. Oh, I thought you're not supposed to do that. Weren't they supposed to hide? That wasn't like somebody going to jail because they >> cuz they got outed. Yeah, because they already got outed. I guess they're already out. >> They just want to talk to the medium say like, "This guy sucks." That's what I

02 thought they wanted to do. But I don't know. >> Then that's why you you don't have that guy doing interviews. You have the rest of them doing them. >> I can't wait to hear that interview though. I would love to hear that interview. >> I would love to hear from that guy. [laughter] >> But Tiff's opinion on it. You guys have the same pretty much like thing. Well, she's also looking at it from like a therapist stand like point of view because she thought it was interesting because she's like, "Man, that could be me one day. I gotta be ready to like to like, you know, >> really she said that >> like cool like her notes like you know like that." >> That's cool. She's open to that. >> Yeah, she's thinking about that. So her point of view was just looking at from just like a psychiatric standpoint, thinking about like the medicine doses, like looking at all that >> and she kind of well we all kind of think that it's she wasn't probably psychotic during that time. She was >> she was like she might have been really depressed and suicidal, but like to say

53 you're in a state of psychosis is very different because the distinguishing point for me was when they were talking about she was able to murder the kids and then proactively talk on the phone. >> Yeah. >> And like talk to the husband >> and pretend like everything's okay. >> Yeah. >> And usually what they say is when people are in psychosis, it's very obvious you wouldn't be able to function normally. you wouldn't be able to take your kids to the doctor's appointment. >> They would be they would recognize you're psychotic and you know they might be a mandated reporter and report you, right? Like they're going to say like something's odd. >> So all those facts to me go ah she probably like was she hurting from postpartum? Yeah, absolutely. Is that true? Yeah, for sure. But was she like really depressed and suicidal? Yeah, that's what I think what happened. >> What about from Tiff's professional

43 opinion? What does she think about checking the bush? Check in the [laughter] Yeah, >> I'm I'm surprised they didn't bring that up into the court of law. [laughter] >> Check the bush. >> She Well, we we saw that clip and she looked at me and she goes, "Does Bart have a medical degree?" [laughter] >> She's like, "It's kind of genius that he said that >> thesis on this, right? Advanced vocab told you." I was like, "You know what I said?" I was I said they should check the bush to see if they're psychotic. And then she's like, "You're ████ ████ [laughter] I think there's a spectrum there, you know. >> Yeah, that's true. >> If it's pretty crazy, >> both can be right. >> Like you can check You can check the push and B's ████ >> I don't [laughter] I don't think you could be psychotic and still shaving clock. >> You could be psychotic and still shaving it all nice. >> Nah, depends [laughter] what your

34 depends what the voices are telling you. >> Easier to shave it when you're psychotic than when you're depressed [laughter] and suicidal. I've shaved while psychotic. Yeah. >> One of the biggest like pieces of evidence I hear where they or like the theories that makes me go, "Oh, it could be." That's like juicy is like that Patrick did it, the husband did it. Cuz it is kind of juicy. >> Yeah. >> But a lot of the times with these stories, the >> it's juicy, but my >> most boring answer and the saddest answer is usually true. >> Like the Ceil Hotel answer >> 100%. >> Nobody wanted to believe that it was something so simple and sad. >> Especially when you watch a 5hour documentary and go, "No, it can't be it." No, it's ghosts, bro. It's ghosts. >> What was the actual answer? She just like went in there. >> Nuts. She was off her meds and climbed in the tank and and offed herself. >> Yeah. So, that that's why they should change the story because we want to be entertained.

24 >> Yeah. >> You know, we don't want we don't want the truth. We want to be on our edge. You know, >> my husband doing it. My my fed neighbor was like, "That's the dumbest one of all because she's like, it's very rare that both sides are going to agree on one thing. And if they agree that she did it, you can take that off the table that it's the husband that did it. >> I saw one theory that said the nanny is is Patrick Clancy. >> They're the same. I saw [laughter] that one too. >> That's ████ >> And they're comparing pictures and I go, >> they do look alike though. >> Look at that shadow on the >> They do They do look alike. [laughter] They could be a relative maybe. >> But who knows? Maybe in the future like we'll get a documentary that tells us the real truth and it's totally something else. Maybe it was in self-defense because the kids were like children of the corn trying to take her out. Who knows? >> The movie Weapons. No. >> Yeah, weapons. Exactly. >> Hey, you never know. >> Is that a spoiler alert?

14 >> That's not how that movie ends. [laughter] It's not how that movie. >> Just please don't. I don't watch movies anymore.
